Our Mission
To ensure that all children ages 0-12 years who attend licensed daycare, receive nutritious well-balanced meals.

We accomplish this mission by offering training and ongoing technical assistance to day care providers.

We work with seniors, families and daycare providers to help create the nutritional foundation for good health.

Day Care Providers!
CACFP is a federally funded nutrition assistance program designed to provide healthful meals to children and adults receiving day care. Our services play a vital role in improving the quality of day care by providing reimbursements for meals…making childcare more affordable!

We offer:
Reimbursement for Meals
Most licensed day care homes are eligible for our financial assistance, depending on income level. Call us or visit the federal CACFP site to determine your eligibility.

Nutrition education
A program consultant will visit your home three times per year to observe meal service and provide up-to-date nutrition, health, and safety education materials.

Workshops
Annual workshops provide an opportunity to learn new and exciting information, and network with other providers.

Quarterly Newsletter
Read about program updates, health news, recipes and activities for your children in our quarterly newsletter.
